NetConnX Technologies to provide high-end expert services to the reseller channel via a partner program offering Business Continuity, IT Security and other advanced capabilities

Los Angeles, CA, - November 14th 2002 - NetConnX Technologies announces a substantial change to its business model today with the rollout of a new reseller program which will allow traditional resellers the ability to offer their client base a plethora of new advanced professional services to enhance the bottom line of resellers.

With nearly a month under his belt as the new VP of Business Development / Channels, Mike Fitzpatrick has developed a completely new business model which changes the traditional direct to client offering in favor of a channels / Reseller approach. This allows traditional resellers the ability to offer their own clients services which would be far too costly to staff themselves.

"The traditional VAR/Reseller can now offer their existing account base a new set of services such as IT Security, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and other elite services which will provide a new revenue source without adding to the reseller's overhead." Said Mike Fitzpatrick. "It gives the reseller a new conversation to have with their client, specifically one which is needed when hardware margins are drying up and the IT rollout spending grinding to a halt."

Traditional resellers have the relationship and trust of their clients; however their clients have specific needs for IT Security, Software Management, Directory Services, and Business Risk Management. Staffing these elite experts can be overwhelming to the bottom line, and more to the point, if the resellers client goes to outside consultants, there is the potential of losing the business altogether because the consultants are making their profits from consulting, they could offer the client hardware and software at or below cost which would ultimately cost the reseller the account.

To make the process work, NetConnX Technologies has a firm agreement which protects the reseller by restricting access to the client outside of the reseller and in return the agreement protects the personnel and methodologies of NetConnX Technologies. "It is a mutually beneficial relationship.'
