Troy Saxton-Getty brings over twenty years of engineering, management, execution and leadership experience to NetConnX Technologies. Troy founded NetConnX in March 1990. His vision was to build an innovative and aggressive company by combining the best of both established and emerging technologies to provide simple, cost-effective and secure solutions for his clients. He has since guided the company from initial startup plans to an established, worldwide presence in the expert services and network security marketplace. Troy not only oversees all aspects of the company from engineering to sales and marketing, he also keeps a close eye on the day-to-day operations of NetConnX.

With extensive experience in the information technology and network security arena's, Mr. Saxton-Getty is a specialist at building world-class information technology organizations. Mr. Saxton-Getty is regarded as an industry leader in deployment of efficient and secure workflow processing, knowledge management and online database information delivery systems. Mr. Saxton-Getty is an efficient team builder who works well in high stress environments with short deadlines, utilizing a high degree of change management through high performance – less costly solutions.

After founding NetConnX Technologies, Troy went on to build another startup company, Integrated Online Solutions in 1991, a software development company with 12 leading online database and security products for the budding online industry, later to be known as the INTERNET. Troy served a number of roles within Integrated Solutions from one of the original founding partners, Vice President of Engineering, COO and finally CEO before selling out to the leading competitor. Troy owned responsibility for the software product families which, at that time, generated 90% ($9Mil) of the corporation's total revenue. These product families encompassed virtually all elements of the online tools arena including: Online database products, security and network monitoring toolkits, email tools, file transfer tools and intrusion detection software. He led an organization of over 70 engineering and support professionals with an annual budget of approximately $10Mil.

Prior to re-joining NetConnX as it's CEO and Chairman of the Board in August 2001, Troy served on the Executive Team as the Vice President of Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) at Digital Island (NASDAQ:ISLD), A Cable and Wireless Company. Mr. Saxton-Getty was asked to join Digital Island Inc. a worldwide e-Business provider specializing in global networking, hosting, e-business content delivery and media streaming supporting tens of thousands of servers & e-business systems worldwide, such as eTrade, UBS Warburg, Sony, and over 50% of the Fortune 500. Digital Island Inc. was a major Sun Microsystems and Microsoft/Compaq/Intel Strategic Partner with thousands of deployed e-business servers in data centers around the globe. Although Digital Island was a stellar company from the customer-facing operational aspect, a large opportunity for operational cost reduction, efficiency improvements in; workflow, automated processing and knowledge collaboration existed internally. The challenge to greatly improve the overall internal operational, security and business continuity aspects of Digital Island was his main mission utilizing properly deployed technology inside a high tech company, which delivers high tech e-business solutions. Mr. Saxton-Getty was responsible for all internal technology, telephony and most costomer supporting technology company-wide. Mr Saxton-Getty owed P & L responsbility for a $40mil budget and an Information Technology & Software Development staff of over 70 employees and numerous contractors and outside consultants.

Before Digital Island, Troy held the most senior technology position at Datron/Transco Inc, a leading manufacturer of satellite ground tracking stations in the Remote Sensing/Earth Imaging industry supporting universities, government agencies and other commercial interests worldwide. At Datron/Transco Inc, Mr. Saxton-Getty was responsible for the ground up design and deployment of all enterprise wide information technology solutions as well as all production systems installed at customer locations, including all security, intrusion detection, incident response and data protection. Additionally, implementation of wireless field force automation for both voice as well as data tools, support of a large scale multi-platform software development environment as well as many other efficiency systems to reduce costs and increase quality of service with the organization.

Some accolades include: design and implementation of the first large-scale online system for the US Postal Service, several sales automation tools for Fortune 500 clients. He founded Rate Review Services, the industries first online mortgage loan rate information service in 1986 which pioneered the development of the online exchange of mortgage rate information industry, growing to over 4.5 million in sales. Christopher Jones

Chris Jones joined NetConnX Technologies in August 1998. He has been personally responsible for the establishment of NetConnX Technologies in the US as a provider of IT security and business continuity solutions. Chris continues to actively promote NetConnX in the security and BCP/DR marketplace, as well as provide real world product requirements back to NetConnX's engineering team.

Chris' previous experience includes several positions with International Software Systems, including Project Coordinator and Design Engineer, where he assisted in the design and positioning of the company's entire line of security networking products. He also served as Systems Engineering Product Manager, creating and defining marketing and design engineering collateral which eventually aided in the adoption of design principles for large-scale networks. Additionally, Chris worked on high-level proposals for Fortune 500 companies as a member of the ISS Strategic Proposal Team.

Doug has over 25 years of experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning with AT&T. Doug was responsible for the design and implementation of Telcordia’s (formerly Bellcore) Y2K disaster planning effort. Doug has extensive expertise in the following:

Expert level understanding and experience in all aspects of Business Continuity/Risk Management planning including risk assessment, business impact analysis, risk mitigation, and residual risk containment through contingency plan requirements identification, plan design, and plan development, testing, and maintenance.
